Please read this notice carefully. It applies to everyone on the show grounds — vehicle owners, spectators, vendors, and guests alike.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in the 2026 Mutt Love Rescue Car Show in any capacity — including but not limited to showing a vehicle, taking part in event activities, purchasing items from vendors, or attending as a spectator — is at your own risk. By taking part in or attending the event, you knowingly and willingly accept that risk.
Release of Liability
The Mutt Love Rescue Car Show, its event coordinators, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors will not be held liable for damages, loss of property, or injury of any degree. By attending the event, you agree not to hold any of the parties named above — or anyone else associated with the event — liable for any damages, loss, injury, or other harm that you, your property, or your guests may sustain or incur by participating in or attending this event or any related event.
Vendors, Donors & Supporters
Visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our supporters, donors, and vendors is likewise at your own risk.
Photo & Media Release
By participating in the event, you agree to allow us to use photographs taken at the event as we see fit — for example, to promote future shows, for website postings, on merchandise and promotional items, and for fundraising purposes, both for this show and in the future.
Safety Requirements
We ask every attendee to use good judgment and think safety first:
- Make sure your vehicle is properly insured.
- Obey all traffic laws on your way to and from the show, and while on the show grounds.
- Drive slowly and safely when entering, parking, and exiting the event area.
- Be respectful of other attendees, park patrons, event staff, and the surrounding neighbors.
- Properly secure any awning, tent, or umbrella in case of sudden weather or wind.
By entering the show grounds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
